Our COVID-19 Response Policies

With Alberta lifting most restrictions, we have also changed our protocols.

Face masks are no longer required in clinic, however are highly recommended due to limited ability to social distance in our exam rooms.

We would like to continue to limit the number of people per appointment. Our preferred number is two people max.

Please continue to social distance in our reception area, we may ask for you and your pet to wait outside if possible in the event that there are too many people.

If you have traveled outside the province or are currently showing symptoms of COVID-19, please ask someone else to bring your pet to the clinic for you. If it is an elective appointment, please consider rescheduling.

If you have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person, please ask someone else to bring your pet to the clinic for you. If it is an elective appointment, please consider rescheduling.

If you are uncomfortable entering the clinic, you can ask us for curb side service and we will come collect your pet for examination.
